The photovoltaic power generation special box transformer is an integrated high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation (hereinafter referred to as the substation) that integrates high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear and transformers in an outdoor box. It is a special boosting device that increases the voltage from the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter to 10kV or 35kV through a booster transformer, and then outputs electric energy upward through a 10kV or 35kV line. It is an ideal supporting equipment for photovoltaic power generation systems. The substation has a compact structure and a small footprint.
The substation adopts new transformer series technology, reasonable structure, stable and reliable.
The box body is treated with a special spraying process, has good anti-corrosion and anti-exposure capabilities, and can effectively resist the erosion of wind and sand. The low-voltage side adopts domestic new intelligent circuit breakers, molded case air switches, high segmentation capacity, and good protection performance.
The transformer can be selected as an oil-immersed or dry-type transformer, and can be equipped with a pressure gauge and thermometer with a communication interface to realize remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of the transformer.
The substation has a compact structure, small footprint, and an external radiator for better heat dissipation.
The substation adopts new transformer series technology, reasonable structure, stable and reliable. · Transformer oil is used as the insulating medium of high-voltage components on the 10kV or 35kV side, which greatly shortens the reliable distance.
The oil tank adopts a fully enclosed structure to isolate the oil from the atmosphere, reduce the oxidation process and the intervention of water vapor, and improve the stability, reliability and stability of the system equipment. At the same time, the use of a sheet radiator is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
The box body is treated with a special shot peening process, has good anti-corrosion and anti-exposure capabilities, and can effectively resist the erosion of wind and sand.
The low-voltage side adopts domestic new intelligent circuit breakers, molded case air switches, high segmentation capacity, and good protection performance.
The transformer oil tank can be equipped with a pressure gauge and thermometer with a communication interface, and the load switch can be equipped with a travel switch to realize remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of the transformer.
The box body adopts a fully sealed design, and the protection level can reach IP54.
